Good morning!
Well, technically it's the afternoon now, but I have the day off and I'm still sat in my pyjamas, so...
I hope you're all having a good day. I'm off to see my therapist soon about stupid stuff like my never-ending depression and anxiety. It sucks and I'm not looking forward to it, but if I want to get better this is the way to go.

Healthy bananas? / prawns? I think they are banana slices, whats the sprinkly stuff? Looks very healthy anyway. Anxiety/depression?- Let me tell you these are both things that you can learn to manage and live a normal healthy life, perhaps with a little help along the way from therapist/friends/pharmaceutical etc. Lol Mia - and I do like the bananas, not sure about the sprinkly stuff though??? - and I love your new layout, its got class, a bit like you I imagine!
